Grape Pendant Light

I am indebted to Jenny of Seasons in Colour for today’s post as she tweeted a link to this Etsy seller yesterday morning. As those of you who follow me on instagram will know there was a photographer in The Mad House all day yesterday shooting in preparation for the launch of my capsule furniture collection with made.com.

Yes, the day is nearly here. If you want to see it before 28 November (when it will be on sale) you’ll have to track back through the aforementioned instagram where you can see a couple of images. Anyway, it was stills photography yesterday and a video shoot on Friday.

All of this has meant things have been quite hectic here. Especially when the photographer said she wanted to take a picture of the bedroom but I would have to tidy the shelves first. “Easy,” I said, sweeping all the clothes onto the floor out of shot and replacing with rows of neatly lined up shoes.

Looks great in the picture but am now facing about three hours of tidying before I can go to bed. That, people, is the reality of a photoshoot. Chaos.

Anyway, Jenny flagged up these lights and a friend of mine had already asked me where to find something similar so when I saw these I thought you would like them too.

I need a new light in the bedroom and this will be completely perfect with the wallpaper we have chosen. I have linked to it before but here you go again in case you missed it. They will work well don’t you think? Never mind that we still won’t have chosen what colour the walls should be before 2018 at this rate, the lights and the wallpaper will be amazing. And if you want to catch up on that debate you can follow it in the comments of yesterday’s 10 Beautiful Rooms post.

These lights, by the way, cost just under £80 and are from Greece via Etsy and ship worldwide. What do you think?
