I was going to say that today I would be sticking with ceramics (following on from yesterday’s mugs) but these are, in fact, made from concrete.

It’s made by Domenic Chambers in Florida, but don’t worry he ships worldwide via his Etsy shop. Each piece is handmade and the spoons are bamboo.

He has created a huge range of pieces – some stack, some are divided in two – and not all are engraved so you can use them for whatever dry spices you want.

It’s a very simple idea but one that would look great in any kitchen -especially mine. I have only shown you a small range here so do go and have a look around his shop.

Prices start at £18 for the salt pot above and you will also find garlic pots, tea storage and egg holders.

Now obviously there will be shipping costs involved so perhaps we can persuade some enterprising UK site to think about stocking these …? I’ll leave that with you.
