Quick the sun’s out and thoughts turn to cocktails and ice creams and all those other cool delights that taste so much better in the sun. And barefoot too.
These glasses (which cost £26 for the pair) are just perfect for that. They’re from the Finnish firm Iittala, which was in fact, founded by a Swede, and they were designed by an Argentinian … are you following?
Anyway, the company makes great glassware for all occasions. Some of it is a little too decorative and highly coloured for me, but these simple glasses are just about right. And I’ll need the pair because, just as in the picture above, I’ll need one for the ice cream and one for the prosecco.
