I just adore these ceramic pots. I’ve always wanted a set of those fabulous black and white Gentleman’s Relish jars, but as much as I love anchovies, I fear I haven’t got long enough left on this earth to get through even one jar – never mind four for a set.
So, these will do nicely. Better in fact as they’re larger. They’re about 14cm in diameter and 9cm high and would be wonderful for dishes like pate, for both serving and storing.
I appreciate that nearly £100 for four jars is quite a lot, but as long as you don’t break them, you’ve got them forever, and I reckon there are dozens of ways to use them – not just for food but in the bathroom, the bedroom, anywhere you like.
Very tempted to flex the old credit card. What do you think?
