Regular readers will know that I have a very similar mirror to this in my bathroom and I do rather like the idea of adding something completely over the top and rather baroque to a room that tends to be quite stark with all those clean white lines and no soft furnishings to break it up. It’s not very big – 52cm by 47cm – but it will really add a wow factor to the room. And you can put something more practical and magnifying over the basin after all.

This is gorgeous! I agree it would look stunning in a more minimalist room, with clean lines and lots of white.. though I love going for the really over the top look, so I’d still have it up in my electic, colourful house!
