I love this chair! Given that I shall never be able to afford, or probably even find, a set of Charlotte Perriand Les Arcs dining chairs, this is the next best thing.
The Perriand ones come up at auction occasionally and cost around $1000 each, so it’s unlikely that they will be accompanying my kitchen table any time soon. But then I saw these from Rockett St George. For £120. *Does little dance of excitement*.
Actually, I think I only need three of these as they would go brilliantly with my Eames DSW chairs wouldn’t they?
In fact, this is now a page of my favourite dining chairs. And I think they all go brilliantly together. Maybe I’ll just save up for one Perriand …
By the way, the point, before I got carried away, was that what with all the guests that tend to turn up at this time of year, extra chairs can be a necessity. These are good. But hurry as I may buy them all for myself.
