Objects Of Design #300: Sanders and Wallace Wine Glasses

No mixing up the drinks with these

HAPPY CHRISTMAS

So it’s Christmas. Some of you will have been up for hours and already desperate for a little stiffener by the time you read this. Some of you will be basting turkeys, fending off relatives and small children and wishing it was all over bar the shouting. Although there may well be some of that later.

Whatever your mood, it’s probably time that you can justify a little drinky. I’m not normally a fan of coloured glass but thought I would make an exception for these. Firstly, the coloured stems means you’ll know if Auntie Flo’s been having a sneaky sip when she sidled past. Secondly, they’re just pretty, and thirdly? Well thirdly it’s Christmas and anything goes.

Cheers. Cin Cin. Salut to you all. Have a great day. And thanks to all of you for popping by.

And fourthly – did you even notice? It’s number 300 of 365 Objects of Design and if that doesn’t deserve a little celebration, I don’t know what does!
