HAPPY NEW YEAR!
So here we are again. Doesn’t time fly? Where did the year go? What day is it again? What? Never? Well not for January at least. Resolutions? Ha! Two of those had gone before you got home from the party last night.
Objects of Design is focusing on the domestic detox for January. Time to get rid of the stuff you really don’t need. Have a bit of a clear out and a declutter and, word of the moment, make sure everything in your house is a little more “curated”. In the same way you clear out your wardrobe when you haven’t worn things for a while, let’s make 2013 the year of William Morris: have nothing in your home that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.
And, if you have a little bit of a clear out, you will make room for all those gorgeous things in the sales that you’ve had your eye on for a while.

I did the ultimate declutter & got rid of my husband just before Christmas. I wouldn’t advocate it for all but the house is an awful lot neater & prettier now!
