Our First Competition: Win A Stelton Coffee Pot

THIS COMPETITION IS NOW CLOSED

9/04/12

To celebrate the two month anniversary of Mad About The House, those very kind people at LLUSTRE.com have donated a rather fabulous Stelton Cafetiere to be given to one lucky winner to be chosen at random. You have until Monday to enter.

How to get your hands on this Design Classic? Simply click here LLUSTRE.com or on the llustre.com logo (just to the right there where it says An invitation to Llustre) and sign up to join the members’ only site. Remember you will only be eligible for the prize if you have signed up to the site but it’s free and will lead you to discounted shopping so what’s not to like?

On Tuesday April 10 (to allow for the Easter bank holiday Monday) one of you will be contacted by Llustre and shortly after that the prize will be on its way to you.

What, you’re now asking is LLUSTRE.com? Well, it’s a members’ only shopping site that offers up to 70 per cent discounts on a carefully curated section of products for your home. As well as the design classics (look out for a discounted Anglepoise lamp next week), you are just as likely to find handmade rugs from North Wales and products from both established and up and coming designers.

Click on the logo, fill in the form and you will receive emails telling you about the offers. If you’re quick enough to be one of the 10,000 founder members you will get £10 off your first purchase as well.

And as for that coffee pot? Well I have had mine ever since I got fed up with replacing the glass elements of the standard cafetiere. Designed by Erik Magnussen,  it has double walls which keep the coffee hot for longer and there’s an open and close lid which also helps. But apart from that it just looks gorgeous.
