Pudding Sofa

orange sofa by loaf.com

Who wouldn’t want to sit on a sofa called Pudding? It’s such a perfect name isn’t it? And, now I come to look at this, a fantastic colour choice. As I wrote a couple of days ago a splash of unexpected colour can really bring a room to life. Instead of painting the walls bright and choosing a neutral sofa why not go the other way round?

Orange will look great against all the grey and navy that’s around at the moment, although, just in case, here it is in charcoal too. It does make a bit less of an impact doesn’t it? It comes in three sizes although be aware – as they’re individually made the final measurements can vary by up to 2cm so if you’re slotting it between a wall and a door frame (as I have to in my sitting room) make sure you have a tiny bit of space to spare just in case.

Loaf has masses of different materials to choose from but if you don’t like theirs, you can bring your own although they will need to check fire retardancy and details like that. The large one costs from £1,395 although you can also talk to them about a bespoke size if that’s what you need.
