So many garlic crushers can be fiddly to load and even worse to clean. This is the opposite. Bash the clove with the flat side then roll over it with the grooves until it reaches the desired level of, shall we say, “crushedness”. Then the next really clever bit is that as you wash it under the tap you can use it like soap, rubbing it over your hands, and it will take the smell of raw garlic away too. It was designed by Ineke Hans, she’s Dutch, just in case you wanted any more information.
