I don’t know if m/any of you know but I have been writing a column in Red Magazine for nearly two years now. I began in the depths of lockdown in May 2020 and am delighted to still be there. It’s one of my favourite magazines and one I have bought since it first launched in 1998 with its appeal to what it called The Middle Youth. That was women who may or may not have chosen to have children, who had careers alongside families (if they wanted to) and were interested in furniture as well as fashion, going out and staying in. It felt revolutionary at the time and, as well as being a magazine I have grown up with, it’s one I have continued to buy over the years and still love to read. Read on…

I have enjoyed perusing and viewing your news postings. I have registered for the free lessons video library offered; I don’t know that I can ever take an interior course but it is nice to view what others are doing and suggesting. I am saying thank you for sharing the wealth of information.
I am a renter of a condo; I am never to be the owner of anything. I like designing and fashioning and my style is archaic; the other word that comes to mind is ‘esoteric’. I am a plain person who tries her hardest to seem intelligent which then makes me look dumb. Again, thank you for sharing.
