Sometimes it’s just about finding a little treat to brighten up a corner of a room. It’s like buying a new pair of earrings or a top for Saturday night… remember doing that in your 20s? This pot is £17.99 and you could use it for everything from teabags to cotton wool balls in the bathroom. The tall one at the back is £19.99.

The pattern has also been used on plates and tablecloths and comes in the reverse with navy on white as well. Maybe you don’t want to replace your whole set. Maybe you just want a good plate for a slice of afternoon cake. Or morning cake come to that. When it comes to cake there should be no time rules.

Mind you I couldn’t leave without showing you this set in shades of black, grey and white as well. At £2.99 a plate your probably can replace your whole set without breaking the bank. Throw in a couple of wooden serving platters and you’re done.

H&M, your crockery game is strong.

  1. I LOVE that you show us million dollar properties one day and very affordable H&M goodies the next: thank you!
I wish the H&M website would get their act together though and show which stores actually have their home goods without having to click on each store individually to check. There are very few of them so far in Spain, so when I’m travelling, I’d like to be able to quickly know that there is one en route to where I’m going. (Yes, I have suggested they make it easier; to which they respond saying ‘we currently have stores here, here and here – with new ones opening all the time’. And how do I know when/where those openings are? I don’t.) End of rant, sorry ’bout that. It’s just they do have some lovely things and maybe as an influencer you might mention it if you’re ever talking to them!
