Objects of Design #153: Rope Handled Candle Holder

So as this series of Objects of Design comes to a close (starting tomorrow it’s all about bathrooms) it seemed fitting to end with a candle holder.

Now, as much as I love dining by flickering candlelight, I’m always terrified that they’re going to fall over and set fire to the house, which is the reason that I love this jar. I’m sure it’s designed for outside and I would use it there too, but I would also arrange a few of different sizes on the table indoors where the glass would protect the candle and reflect the light a little more too.
