Looks absolutely perfect for me haha!
It’s still on the market. A relative lives on this road and has an entire house so when we look at this property we laugh because it’s ‘the downstairs at David’s’ and as such we know the dimensions etc and the road. I wouldn’t pay 350K for this admittedly very nicely presented flat and I wouldn’t dream of living on that road because the parking is terrible.
